Bellecour is Chef Gavin Kaysen’s second Twin Cities restaurant, finding home in Wayzata with a name inspired from Place Bellecour in Lyon, France where Kaysen studied and grew as a chef.. Design entailed brand development, signage, environmental graphics, menus and print collateral, packaging systems, and food application. Work completed while at Shea Design.
